Change. Your life's theme. That's what a close friend and mentor told me. She was right. As a young woman, I had a thousand ideas in my head and no idea what to do with them. And so I ended up in nursing. But it wasn't a fulfilling career. The desire for change set in – and the search began anew.
Then, during my studies, new doors opened. I was able to try things out and learn many new things.
And I discovered it, the job where I can do what I want and what I can do: advise people, encourage them to see their strengths and talents, and to do what they are passionate about. To accompany them through their changes. To develop new visions with them.
Found
I've found my job. Partly because I know that you don't always know what you want or what you're capable of. And partly because I was driven by the desire for change.
The detours I took led me to my goal. Along the way, I met wonderful people. And I learned from them to recognize and appreciate my talents and abilities.
Arrived
My path led me from the countryside to the city. From the Hotzenwald to Berlin. And along the way, I was always accompanied by working with people and their desire for change, including in their professional happiness!
